Skiathos beach house retreat

1. Perfect setting!  We will be located in a beautiful seaside secluded property on the island of Skiathos.  You can enjoy comfortable accommodation, a swimming pool and a gorgeous sandy beach at the edge of the property.  Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the main terrace of the house.  The island of Skiathos offers beautiful walks, and some of the most pristine beaches of the Aegean Sea, which we will explore by boat.  

2. Yoga and Meditation Yoga and meditation sessions will be led by Lia Constantinides. The sessions are suitable for all levels, introducing you to the essence of yoga and helping you explore and go deeper into yourself, and develop practices that you can take home with you.
