About the Event
Join us in the spring on the Greek Island of Corfu, for a 6 day intimate retreat, offering Hatha Yoga and Reiki Level 1 training.
Yoga asanas (postures) and breathing exercises will cleanse and rebalance the body and the mind. Meditation will help us turn the mind inwards and connect with one’s inner self. We will put the practices into context, discussing elements of the ancient philosophy from which they evolved, and ways that they can be integrated in our daily life. We will add voice practices and music to help us go deeper.
Participants will also have the opportunity to complete the Reiki Training Level 1, a practice, accessible to all, that connects one to the universal energy field and allows one to channel this energy for healing.
The retreat will take place in villa Neranzia, a beautiful home on the hills of Corfu, overlooking the sea. We will eat home cooked vegetarian food, and connect with all the elements, so abundant in the beautiful nature of Corfu.
