Yoga Heart Christmas Get Together

Dear friends, it would be great to get everyone together, outside a yoga class, in the warm embrace of Yoga Heart and in the spirit of Christmas. My friend Andi, who often gives ayurvedic cooking classes, will start the day by showing us how to make a delicious spicy, wintery warm chai, which we can all taste and enjoy.  Then she will demonstrate how to prepare Ghee. Itself a beautiful ritual to make at your home, ghee is an amazing addition to your cooking, with many beneficial properties for our health.
