Yoga Weekend at Candili

A weekend away in the beautiful Candili Estate, open to all the friends of Yoga Heart and their friends. We will practice Yoga in the morning (will also have a session mid morning for the older and wiser generation!), go for walks and have a more gentle practice in the afternoon.  There will be physical exercises, breathing, meditation , using practices from Hatha Yoga and Chi kung. You can come with your friends or alone.  For the weekend to take place we will need at least 12 participants.

In the price is included 2 nights at Candili, breakfast and all meals (vegetarian), and all the yoga sessions.

Massages could be arranged, but charged separately.
